To edit your app settings, visit the Settings tab in your Loop Admin. You are able to update the following: 

  • Return Address
  • Automatic Return Labels
  • Return Processing Events
  • Final Sale & Exchange Only Tags
  • Exchange Order Prefix
  • Return Windows
  • Restocking Inventory
  • Shipping & Handling Fee
