To edit your return reasons, visit the Reasons tab in your Loop Admin.
We've pre-populated a few return reasons for you, but feel free to delete these and add your own. Add child reasons by clicking on the parent reason:
Your return reasons can be edited in real-time. Just make sure to refresh the Loop Customer Portal to see the changes take effect.
Return reasons are captured for each item that a customer returns through Loop.
Return reason reports can be downloaded in the Reporting tab.
Customers first select a parent reason and then select a child reason:
