To install Loop, visit the Shopify App Store. You must have app permissions on your Shopify account to complete installation.
If you do not have the appropriate permissions, first contact your store owner or another team member that does have access. When installing the app, a confirmation email will be sent to the primary email address associated with your Shopify store.
When ready, choose "Get".
To install the app, Loop will first verify the following information about your store:
- Company Name
- Company Return Address
- Returns Portal URL
- Support Email Address & Sender Name
- Return Windows
You will then be sent to your Loop Admin.
To go-live with Loop, complete the following steps:
- Create new user accounts
- Activate automatic return labels
- Confirm return policies and settings
- Set your automatic processing event
- Customize your portal design
- Create test returns
- Link the returns portal to your online store
