Your return address is used to communicate to the customer and the carrier where you'd like your return packages shipped to. 

With automatic return shipping labels turned on: the return address is printed directly on the label. 

With automatic return shipping labels turned off: the return address is displayed to the customer first within the app and again in the confirmation email. In this situation, we recommend sending shipping labels directly to your customers using your preferred shipping label service. 

To update your return address visit Settings in your admin panel.

Important
At this time, we do not support multiple return addresses for automatically generated return shipping labels. It is important to either list your primary return address in the app settings or manually generate return shipping labels based on the return address.
