The cost of the return shipping label is set by your preferred shipping carrier and the return package weight, plus an EasyPost fee of $0.01 per label.

Preferred Shipping Carrier

If you use a preferred carrier, EasyPost will integrate directly with your carrier account to honor discounted shipping rates. 

You are able to add preferred shipping carriers in EasyPost under Carrier Accounts

IMPORTANT: FEDEX CERTIFICATION
FedEx requires all of its customers to go through a certification process before creating production labels. This process can take a few days, so if you aren’t certified yet, we recommend starting the process as soon as possible. 

EasyPost can help facilitate this process, email them at support@easypost.com with the subject line: FedEx Certification Process. Make sure to include the name, number, email, and carrier account ID associated with your FedEx account. 

Time to activate: instant if you’re web-service certified, a couple days if not.

Multiple Preferred Shipping Carriers

When using Loop, you have the option to shop the lowest rate between multiple carriers. To activate rate shopping with USPS, FedEx, UPS, and/or DHL, please link the appropriate carrier accounts in EasyPost and then contact our team at support@loopreturns.com.

Return Package Weight

The return package weight is determined by combining the weight of your products in Shopify (or the Product Weight Default) and the Box Weight.

Billing

As soon as the return shipping label is generated in Loop, your EasyPost account is billed for the label. 

If you'd like to cancel a label and request refund, you can do so under Billing on the EasyPost website.
