The Box Weight is always combined with the weight of products included in a return request to inform the cost of your return shipping label. You can edit the Box Weight under Settings in your Loop Admin. 

When there is no weight listed for certain products, Loop applies the Product Weight Default

To ensure costs for your shipping labels are accurate, it is important to accurately configure the weight of the box your products are shipped in, along with configuring product weights in Shopify.
