How It Works
This is a two-way integration where an RMA is automatically created in Two Boxes when a customer submits a return in Loop. When the return status is updated in Two Boxes, this automatically processes or flags the return in Loop.
Why it matters
Two Boxes has sophisticated warehouse technology that optimizes return processing for 3PLs and enriches returns data for merchants. Loop’s integration with Two Boxes allows 3PLs and self-fulfilling merchants using Two Boxes to integrate with Loop without development work needed to build a direct integration with Loop.
Setup
To set up this integration, Loop merchants simply need to share a Loop API Key with their Two Boxes CSM. Two Boxes will handle the rest of the onboarding process. If a merchant wants to process returns solely based on what is entered in Two Boxes during inspection, then they must set their processing event in Loop to manual.
Returns Workflow
- Customer submits return to Loop
- RMA is automatically created in Two Boxes
- Warehouse receives return package, updates return status and details in Two Boxes
- Return is automatically processed or flagged in Loop based on receipt and merchant criteria
- Additional data including item grading, disposition, and notes are passed from Two Boxes to Loop for merchants to see in their Loop Admin
