OVERVIEW
RyderShip (formerly Whiplash) is a warehouse management system (WMS) that merchants use to manage their warehouse operations. Loop’s 2-way integration with RyderShip allows merchants to:
Automatically create an RMA in RyderShip when a return is submitted in Loop
Automatically process or flag a return in Loop when items are received at the warehouse

How it works
Once connected, Loop will begin creating RMAs in RyderShip shortly after a return is submitted by a customer—typically within 10 minutes.
If a tracking number is added later (including Happy Returns bag barcodes), Loop will automatically update the corresponding RMA in RyderShip.
When the return is received and processed at the warehouse, RyderShip sends Loop a notification. Based on this, Loop will automatically process or flag the return depending on the items and conditions of the items returned.
Returns Flow:
A customer submits a return in Loop
Loop creates the RMA in RyderShip after a short delay
If tracking information becomes available later, Loop updates the RMA in RyderShip
The warehouse receives and scans the return
RyderShip sends item-level data back to Loop
Loop compares received items to the RMA and automatically processes or flags the return
If flagged, you can review the return in the Loop Admin
