Locations Management

Edited

This feature helps merchant select which locations Loop looks to in Shopify for exchange inventory. This is helpful for the following use cases:

  • Merchants who have POS locations. Configuring inventory locations stops Loop from looking at store inventory for online orders.

  • Merchants with warehouses in different countries. Configuring inventory locations by return policy will make it so Loop will show inventory to shoppers that is available at a warehouse in their territory.

Example: Only show US customers inventory available at a US warehouse; CA customers inventory available at a CA warehouse.
