With this integration, transactions and inventory are generated automatically and kept in sync, minimizing the need for manual intervention.

The integration between Loop and Xoro is a two-way integration that is owned and maintained by Xoro.

This is a two-way integration between Xoro and Loop. Aside from Shopify, Xoro fetches the returns from Loop and creates RMAs in Xoro. Once those RMAs are processed, it processes/flags the return in Loop.

Merchants who want to leverage this integration will need to have a active accounts with XoroONE/XoroERP, Shopify, and Loop. Then they can proceed to contact their Xorosoft account/support manager or submit a ticket within their Xoro system for setup.

1. Go into your Xoro Shopify app.

2. Open Order Settings.

3. Under General, scroll down to Advanced and select "Loop" as the Third Party Return Source.

4. Enter the access token from your Loop account.

5. Enable the setting "Sync returns from third party return app".

6. Click "Save" at the bottom to save your settings
