CIRRO Integration

Edited

OVERVIEW

CIRRO Fulfillment is a global leader in e-commerce fulfillment, providing advanced, scalable solutions for D2C and omnichannel businesses. With over 17 million square feet of warehousing space and cutting-edge technology, CIRRO Fulfillment delivers seamless, reliable, cost-effective logistics and fulfillment services worldwide.

The integration between Loop and CIRRO Fulfillment is a two-way integration that is owned and maintained by CIRRO. For any questions, reach out to service.us@cirroglobal.com.

How it works

CIRRO Fulfillment automatically pulls return orders created in Loop and processes them based on the client’s specified preferences. Depending on the requirements, CIRRO Fulfillment can conduct quality checks on returned items or handle their disposal.

Additionally, clients can set preferences in Loop Returns to define how orders are processed based on specific conditions, including:

- All items restocked

- Partially restocked, partially disposed

- All items disposed

- Item missing

These same conditions can be flagged within Loop Returns to notify clients about the status of their returns. Furthermore, the integration supports mapping different Loop Returns destinations to specific CIRRO Fulfillment warehouses, providing added flexibility for managing returns across various locations.

Setup

Merchants who want to leverage this integration will need to have active accounts with CIRRO Fulfillment, Shopify, and Loop.

  1. In the CIRRO Fulfillment app, navigate to Integrations > Channel Integrations> Add New Account, then click Loop Returns.

  2. Enter the merchant's Loop Account name, Display name and Loop API key. For details on how to generate an API key, see the Generating API keys section of the Navigating the Developers Page article. After filling in the required information, click Submit.

  3. Loop Returns should be listed as one of the enabled integrations. Click the gear icon to enter the Loop integration settings page.

  4. If Auto Sync Loop Returns is toggled on, open Loop returns with generated shipping labels will be synced with Cirro every 15 minutes.

  5. Review the Return Warehouse Mapping and ensure the Loop Return Destination is mapped correctly to the CIRRO Return Warehouse.

  6. The Return Service Type setting allows merchants to define a default action when a return package is received. There are two options to choose from: Quality Check and Disposal.

  7. The Auto Process Loop Returns and Auto Flag Loop Returns settings can be toggled on and off to determine whether Loop returns should be automatically processed and/or flagged when they arrive.

  8. After configuring the integration, click Save at the bottom of the screen.
