Fixes and Improvements

Blocklist within Fraud Report

Merchants now have the ability to blocklist a customer within the Fraud Report - reducing the time and steps needed to take action on fraudulent behavior.

Ship By Loop Worldwide wallet automatic recharge

As of now, wallets for Ship by Loop Worldwide will automatically be charged $100 USD when the wallet reaches a threshold of $50 USD. This is to further prevent label failures due to lack of funds and ensure customers are able to receive labels. No action is required on the merchant end.

Updated Product Description Page (PDP) experience

Take advantage of increased retained revenue with Loop's new and improved PDP page, creating a seamless shopping experience that drives more exchanges.

Compared to the previous PDP page, we’ve seen an increase in shoppers adding items to their cart:

  • 6.6% lift in variant exchanges

  • 1.5% lift in Shop Now

No action required on the merchant end; this update is live in the returns portal!

Note on Wonderment Auth0 Login

For merchants using both Loop for both returns and tracking (Wonderment), you will use the same MFA for both accounts. If you've already saved your one time password for Loop using an app like 1Password or Google Authenticator, you should use the same code to log into Wonderment.

For more on Wonderment Auth0 login and updates, see the Wonderment Authentication Update article in the Wonderment help center.

Hide Offset + Package Protection Bundle for In-Store Pickup Orders

If a merchant has in-store pickup enabled on their storefront and the customer selects that option, then the Offset + Package Protection component will hide since it doesn’t provide value to the order. There is nothing that merchants need to do in order to set this up.
