New features

Ship by Loop Worldwide

Ship by Loop Worldwide (SBLWW) is a new shipping service that allows merchants to seamlessly connect a shipping integration without having to create an account with a third-party shipping service. It enables merchants to connect to global carriers with access to discounted rates, and start generating shipping labels without leaving the Loop platform.

Fixes and improvements

USPS QR code availability

Due to limitations with USPS, access to generate a QR code expires after the same calendar day as when the return is submitted. If customers don't select the QR code option at first, the carrier withdraws the option and customers must print their label.

Loop has added a countdown timer and alert to better notify customers of how long they have to generate a USPS QR code. This gives visibility into the window and helps incentivize customers to select the QR code before it’s made unavailable.

Warranties

Merchants can now customize the customer instructions sub-text copy on requests for photo uploads and additional comments. These updates can be made on every individual warranty policy. Learn more in Loop's Warranties article.

Happy Returns updates

There are two updates to the Happy Returns partnership. There is a new webhook that notifies a subscribing warehouse when a Loop RMA is part of Happy Returns shipment. Loop has also added a new API endpoint to query for returns in a Happy Returns shipment.

Reporting updates
