Order Tracking

Order Tracking is now in Open Beta! Order Tracking is a new feature that will allow merchants to facilitate tracking for outbound orders through Loop.

Merchants will benefit from the following:

  • Increase brand affinity through beautiful custom tracking pages

  • Lower support costs associated with order and return initiation inquiries

  • Generate new revenue through product recommendations

  • Consolidate your tech stack to cut costs and increase operational efficiency

Any merchant can try Order Tracking for free through late June at no additional cost. Go to the Tracking tab in the left navigation to get started. To learn more, visit the Order Tracking article.

Fixes and improvements

Return History Button

Added a new button on the return details page that opens a new tab where merchants can see a filtered view of all of that customer's returns on their shop. The button says “View returns history,” and lives in the Customer Info section of the return details page.
