Admin Change Log (2024)
Loop is continually updating the admin experience to improve visibility of all of our products so merchants can get the most out of Loop. This article will serve as a change log to document the versions of the Loop admin over time.
July 2024
Mission Control, launching on July 30th, is the new Loop Admin Homepage designed to help merchants streamline daily operations, provide quick performance insights, and enable feature education.
Here is a walkthrough of the new feature:
Primary Top-Level Items
Top-level items now include Returns, Tracking, Point of Sale.
When a user logs into the admin, it will open to the returns management tab. Users will see the new top-level items, but the default landing page will be the same.
Secondary Items
The Analytics, Policy Settings, Shopper Experience, Shipping, and Tools & Integrations tabs have shifted under the Returns Management tab.
April 2024
Mini Navigation
The refreshed mini nav features the 'Account' settings, which we've relocated from General Settings for easier access. In addition to this, there are links to your preferences, release notes, the shopper return portal, and the Loop status page. The mini-nav also provides a convenient option to Logout after your session, helping maintain the security of your login.
Main Navigation
Loop has improved the navigation to help merchants find what their way around the Loop Admin in a much more intuitive fashion. To do this, names have been updated for additional clarity and items within the main nav have been re-categorized according to function.
Renamed for clarity:
'Returns' to 'Orders'
'Listings' to 'Blocklist & Allowlist'
'Shipping' to 'Shipping Services'
'Customization' to 'Portal Customization'
Reorganized and regrouped:
The ‘Email Settings’ have moved from General Policy Settings to the ‘Notifications’ page under ‘Shopper Experience’.
