New Features
Translations for the Customer Portal
Loop recently updated our language support to include out-of-the-box professional translations for the customer portal. You can now enable shoppers to toggle between the following languages:
Dutch (Netherlands)
French (Canada)
French (France)
German
Italian
Japanese
Spanish (Spain)
Spanish (Latin America)
Go to Loop Admin > Shopper experience > Edit all content > Add language to get started!
FedEx enhancements for Ship by Loop Worldwide
We’ve added the following capabilities to FedEx US for Ship by Loop Worldwide:
Printerless Returns via QR codes. Shoppers will have the option to print a label or choose a QR code for a convenient, printerless return.
Greater shipping savings for US domestic shipments. Check out the rate card here.
To enable these rates, simple add FedEx US to your Ship by Loop Worldwide account and then select FedEx as a carrier in your US return policy.

Fixes + Improvements
Warranty Analytics Filter
Merchants can now view Warranty Returns alongside other return outcomes in their Loop Looker dashboard.
There is a new ‘View Warranty Returns (Yes/No)’ filter to all Loop Analytics dashboards for all of our Merchants. The default value will be blank and will show ALL returns - which means for merchants with Warranties active, they may see a change in their data. Setting the filter to YES will only show Warranty Returns, setting it to NO will exclude Warranty Returns.
Admin Search
In the top panel of the admin, there is now a search bar. This new feature helps merchants find pages and filtered returns views within the admin.
Happy Returns Integration Updates
Loop has made some enhancements to further support the Happy Returns integration:
Simplified Blue Cherry 3PL integration setup to better manage Happy Returns
Updated Ship Hero integration to accept Happy Return barcodes
Retrieve item grade & disposition data via API Item grade and disposition data can now be read back from the Detailed Return List API. This allows you to leverage this data outside of Loop for external reporting.
