This article is meant to help merchants identify and resolve common issues that may emerge in the Offset Checkout configuration process.

Product Status should be Active.
Sales channels should include Online Store.
Markets should only include United States for Offset Free.
Media should contain an image.
For Offset Free, Price should match the Offset Fee set by Loop, if you don't know what your offset fee is contact onboarding, your MSM, or support@loopreturn.com.
Inventory > Track quantity should be unchecked.
Shipping > This is a physical product should be unchecked.
