Workflows UX Updates
OVERVIEW
Loop has made a collection of user experience updates to Workflows. These changes are described below. These changes require no action from merchants, this is simply a summary of the changes you can expect to see.
Important: These changes are purely design changes. They have no impact on any workflows you already have in place. Editing and creating a workflow will look different, but functionality remains the same.
Condition and Action renaming
We’ve renamed many conditions and actions to better reflect what they do in a merchant context.

Splitting out combined actions
We’ll be splitting up two sets of actions that function better on their own to simplify setup. These are:
Keep Item/Donate will be split out into their own actions:
Keep Item will be called Let customer keep item(s)
Donate item will keep the same name
Manual Review/Reject will be split out into their own actions:
Manual Review will be called Send return to "Needs Review"
Reject will be called Reject item
Reorientation of the workflow builder
We’ve reoriented the workflow builder to better accommodate future upgrades to Workflows.
Error states
You’ll see clearer and more specific errors when a condition or action hasn’t been configured properly.
FAQ
Is there any action needed from me? No. Merchants don't need to do anything ahead of these changes.
Will this impact how my workflows work? No. Any existing workflows will continue to work the way they do today.
