Pre-setup Work
Complete these steps before beginning:
Add user accounts [optional]
Provide initial access to any other users. Users can be added at any time.
A Shopify collaborator request will be sent to allow us provide you more specific support.
Common Questions
Is there a limit to the number of user accounts I can have for my Loop instance?
No. While you can only have one account owner, you can have endless staff accounts.
Why does Loop request Shopify access?
Loop requests access for troubleshooting and for support during onboarding.
When will I receive the Shopify access request?
Expect to see the request come through within 24 hours of your Onboarding Specialist reaching out. An email will be sent to the Store Owner of the Shopify store with this request.

Return labels
Get your return labels up and running. [Offset Free merchants do not need to complete this step.]
Determine which Loop-supported shipping service you will connect.
Where will your returns be sent to? Insert those addresses so they're available to be used in your return policy.
Common Questions
Can I connect directly to my own carrier account(s)?
Yes, via one of the shipping services Loop integrates with! Discuss with your onboarding specialist which will be best for you.
Where is the Loop-specific sign up link for EasyPost?
What will happen if I have multiple carriers selected?
Your shipping service will rate shop across carriers to purchase the cheapest label for your customer.

Can I make changes to what is configured during the modules?
Yes! You can change anything you select in the modules.
Where can I find my Store Logo URL?
Go to your Shopify Content > Files to copy your Store Logo URL.
Can I further customize my Loop return portal?
Test + Launch
Itʼs required to test your Loop instance to make sure you understand how the portal works and that labels are generating as expected.
Confirm the language on your return policy page matches your Loop admin settings!
