Release Notes: April 2025
New Features
New WMS integrations
We have three new warehouse management software (WMS) integrations: Bleckmann, Mintsoft, and James & James. Loop’s two-way WMS integrations allow brands to automatically create a RMA in their WMS when a return is submitted in Loop and automatically process, flag, or close the return in Loop when the item is processed in the WMS.

Fixes and Improvements
Update to product cards on “select items to return” page
We’ve updated the design to the product cards on the “select items to return” page to reduce confusion and increase time to resolution for shoppers. This update is live for all brands.
New features include:
Added variant labels such as size and color.
An update to always display the price. Previously, the price was hidden after an item was selected for return or exchange or was hidden on items unavailable for return.
Variant info displayed after you select the item for return or exchange. Previously, it was displayed using strikethrough.
Option to display additional variant product images in the PDP image carousel
The default state is for Loop to only pull in and display the first 10 product images. With this option, Loop can continue to pull in the first 10 product images, plus any variant images for the exchanging item.
Note: This setting is turned off by default. Please reach out to your Merchant Success Manager or support@loopreturns.com to have the setting turned on.
Workflows: New conditions and action
Condition - Return full return, return partial return: You can now take actions in Workflows when a customer has returned everything in their original order (full return) or has explicitly not returned their entire order (partial return).
Action - Refund original shipping cost: You can now conditionally refund shipping costs paid by the customer on the original order.
If there are multiple line items, it will follow how the shipping reimbursements setting work today: Loop divides the cost up by each line item and refunds proportionally.
