New Features
Carrier Rate Calculator
You can now check and compare carrier routes and rates within Loop admin! With this new tool, you can input shipping lanes and package dimensions to get back real-time rates with your EasyPost, Ship By Loop, and Ship By Loop Worldwide accounts.
Curious about what rates Loop could offer your business? Enable available carries within your EasyPost, Ship By Loop, or Ship By Loop Worldwide accounts to compare them with this tool. If you want to compare Loop’s rates to your own rates with the same carrier, note that you can only have one of the same carrier (such as FedEx) enabled at a time.

New Integration: ReBound return warehouse processing
In addition to Loop’s ReBound shipping integration, we now also integrate with ReBound’s warehouse processing. Loop’s two-way WMS integrations allow brands to automatically create a RMA in their WMS when a return is submitted in Loop and automatically process, flag, or close the return in Loop when the item is processed in the WMS.

New Integration: Wonderment + Listrak
We've launched a new integration with Listrak, enabling automated order tracking communications through your existing marketing automation platform.
The integration connects Wonderment shipping events directly with Listrak's Cross Channel API, supporting automated triggers for 11 shipping statuses including In Transit, Out for Delivery, Delivery Errors, and more. Rich tracking data automatically flows to your Listrak email campaigns, eliminating the need for manual shipping update emails.
Key benefits include:
Automated shipping status notifications through your existing Listrak workflows
Access to Wonderment's tracking page links within your Listrak campaigns
Detailed shipment data (carrier info, ETAs, addresses) for personalized messaging
Setup required: This integration requires creating custom events in Listrak and connecting via API credentials. See Listrak / Wonderment Integration Setup for setup instructions.
Note: For Shipment Confirmed emails, continue using your existing Listrak/Shopify integration for rich product data, then leverage Wonderment for all other shipping status updates.

Fixes and Improvements
Ship by Loop enhancements: ACH Payment & Secondary Payment Method
You can now use ACH to fund your wallet with Ship by Loop! This method allows for a $0 processing fee option with auto-funding to insure label generation. It can take 3-5 business days for your bank to connect, so to prevent interruptions to label generation, we have added the ability to configure a secondary payment method. This means you can connect your Credit Card or another ACH payment as a backup to be used if your primary method isn’t available.

Offset Checkout+ enhancement: Text Customizations
Merchants on Offset Checkout+ can now customize the text shown at cart and/or checkout. This includes both the main product title as well as the ‘Learn more’ modal. Tailor messaging to your brand’s unique voice and take more control of the Offset experience.
To customize Offset text, simply navigate to Returns Management > Policy Settings > General. Then under Offset, click on Text customizations.
Note: If you use Checkout+ bundled with Package Protection by Seel, text customizations are not yet available.

Integration Migrations
The following integrations are migrating to new platforms:
Rydership
We’ve reimplemented & refreshed the Rydership integration into Loop’s core platform. No action is needed from merchants using this integration and you should experience no downtime. New merchants looking to add this integration will be able to self-service onboarding within Loop Admin. To learn more, please see the Rydership article.
Brightpearl
We’ve updated and improved the Brightpearl integration through our new partner Synks.
Improvements include:
Reduced data sync from 2 hours to near instant data sync
Automatically create payments for sales credits in more ways: whether they originate from Brightpearl, through automated processing events, manual processing in Loop, or triggered by a third-party system, you’re covered.
Automatically close sales credits when a payment is posted
