New Features
Warranties (Beta)
This new feature allows merchants to create unique return policies specifically for warranties—or product quality guarantees—and allows customers to self-serve those requests through the Loop portal, as they do with standard returns.
For merchants who are handling warranty returns manually or via third-party systems today, this feature will increase operational efficiency by consolidating warranties into one place in Loop. For ease of management, there is a separate dashboard and warranty policy section in the admin for warranties.

Royal Mail QR Codes
Loop now supports QR codes for Royal Mail labels. This new printerless option provides a more convenient drop-off experience, giving more opportunities to delight UK customers and boost LTV.
The QR code is visible on the Return Status Page in the same place as printed labels. Customers can simply show the QR code when dropping off the package with the carrier.

Evri Shipping Labels
Loop now supports Evri as a carrier for labels in the UK. This gives UK merchants more options for which carriers they want to enable within Loop, which also allows you to rate-shop amongst all enabled carriers.To learn more, visit the EasyPost article in the Help Center to learn how to add Evri as a carrier.
Fixes + Improvements
Loop Analytics
We've made several small improvements and additions to Loop Analytics and Insights to help merchants get the most out of their data!
The following has been added to give merchants deeper insight into outcome performance:
- Total Processed Return Rate (%) to both Operations and Overview dashboards.
- Shopify Order Name to “Items Returned” tile in Overview.
- Percentage of Shop Later offers accepted and Retained Revenue to “Outcome Performance” section of Overview.
- Total Bonus Credit Used to “Bonus Credit Customers” tile in Customer Behavior dashboard

Instant Exchange Payment Fraud Prevention
Loop has made an update to prevent prepaid or gift cards from being accepted as valid form of payment methods for Instant Exchanges. Prepaid and gift cards increase the likelihood of Instant Exchange charge failure, so prohibiting their use will decrease the risk of failed charges.

Status Integration + Gift Receipts
Merchants who use the Status integration can allow customers to create and send gift receipts from their account.
- Gift receipts can be for an entire order or specific products within an order
- Receipts can be emailed to the recipient or printed
Return policy permitting, recipients can then start an exchange from the gift receipt.
