New Features

Shipping & Logistics Data Dashboard

We’ve added a new Shipping & Logistics dashboard to Loop Analytics! In this new dashboard, you can view and access the following data in your Loop Admin:

  • Shipping Costs: helps you keep track of the cost of return labels over time
  • Cycle Times: tracks the amount of time it takes for returns to go from in-transit to processed
  • Carrier data: breakdown of shipping costs and cycle times based on your shipping carriers
  • Fee data: the amount of money collected from handling fees, categorized by refunds, exchanges, and store credit

Workflows: Exclude Pre-Discount Credit

This month, Loop added an action to Workflows to exclude pre-discount credit as an outcome. This new Workflow is available to all merchants on plans that include Shop Now, as pre-discount credit is tied to Shop Now/Bonus Credit.

Fixes + Improvements

Warranties Improvements

We made several updates to Warranties this month, including:

  • Adjusted how warranty workflows behave alongside standard return workflows. This update ensures that workflows prioritized below the warranty workflow will not action the return, giving merchants better control over warranty policies and standard returns.
  • Resolved an issue that was causing standard returns to be incorrectly categorized as warranty returns within the Loop Admin.
  • Added support for warranty policies to allow refund outcomes.

Pitney Bowes QR Codes

Merchants who use the Pitney Bowes shipping service can now generate QR codes with USPS. This provides customers with the choice to either use a QR code for returning items or print a label. Eligible merchants have this feature automatically enabled, so no action is required on their part.

API Key Name

The name of an API key can now be edited after it has been generated on the Developers page.
