New Features

Offset (GA)

Offset allows merchants to get the best of Loop’s returns software and return shipping labels for free. As Loop’s new consumer paid returns coverage model, Offset gives customers the option of paying a small fee during checkout for a free return later, allowing merchants to fully cover the cost of return shipping and Loop’s industry-leading software.

The benefits include:

  • Eliminate returns & reverse logistics costs by collecting return fees from customers.

  • Attract new customers that want the peace-of-mind of knowing they can return for free later.

  • Maintain a top-notch customer experience that’s true to the merchant's brand.

  • Reduce unnecessary returns & returns abuse by deterring fraudsters with return fees.

  • Earn revenue share in the form of Loop service credits on any sales from the integration

  • Delight shoppers with an easy way to recoup costs on unwanted, non-returnable items

  • Reduce waste by making it easy to give your items a new home, rather than end up in a landfill
